
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS
If LESS THAN 6 weeks to the start of your holiday – full payment is required.
If MORE THAN 6 weeks – a deposit of 25% of the final payment is required to secure your booking, with the final balance payable 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
Please note that no reminders will be sent and your reservation will be cancelled if payment is not received within the relevant time period.
CANCELLATION POLICY
0-13 days notice No refund
14-27 days notice 25% of final amount
28-55 days notice 40% of final amount
56-89 days notice 25% of final amount
If the property becomes unavailable for your holiday due to circumstances beyond the control of the owner, e.g. due to structural damage, all monies paid in advance will be refunded in full.
TARIFF INCLUSIONS
The quoted price includes all electricity, a bag of coal, bed linen, one bath towel. additional towels are available for a small charge .
DOGS
Dogs are welcome with prior consent. However, this is on the condition that they are not left unattended or allowed onto furniture or in the bedrooms and do not cause a nuisance to other guests.
TENANTS OBLIGATIONS
The tenants agree:
a) to pay for any losses or damages to the property, however caused (except reasonable wear and tear)
b) to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition
c) to permit the owner reasonable access to the property
d) not to part with possession of the property, or share it, except with members of the party listed on the booking form
e) not to cause annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of adjoining properties
AUTHORITY TO SIGN THE BOOKING FORM
The person who completes the booking form will be deemed to be acting on behalf of and be responsible for the party occupying the property. They must be over 18 years of age and be a member of the party intending to occupy the property.
COMPLAINTS
All complaints must be notified to the owner as soon as practicable in order that remedial action can be taken.
BREACH OF CONTRACT
The owner reserves the right to re-enter the property and terminate the tenancy if there is a breach of any of the conditions set out above, without prejudice to the other rights and remedies of the owners.

From M5 at Exeter, follow A30 through to Cornwall and on towards Land's End. 4.5 miles after Penzance on A30 enter Crows-an-wra. Take the turning to the right of the Chapel and follow the narrow road over the hill to the B3306. Turn right towards St Just passing the airport on your left and take the next left hand turn. Follow the narrow road down the side of the airport and into Nanquindo Valley. At the end of the road you will enter the gates of Nanjulian Farm.
